Product Focus: Drywall Screws

fixings

Drywall screws are used to fasten wallboard to stud, although many also use them as an alternative to other fixings due to their trumpet shaped head and thin size, reducing the risk of them splitting and sinking into materials.

However as they’re intended for drywall only, they can be more brittle than other fixings, meaning they’re more likely to snap than bend when flexibility is needed.

Tradeline’s range include both coarse and thin thread screws in black and bright zinc plated, commonly known as BZP.

Their toughened coat makes them rust resistant, while their fire resistant design means they maintains great profile strength, along with a sharp point to allow for quicker installation. Even better, all of our drywall screws conform to EN14566 and are included in our metal system warranty.

Below we’ve summarised our drywall screw range along with some key features and benefits.
